The Alumni of Governance 500 have participated in and completed the mandatory training programme of the organisation.

Subsequently, they have pledged to be good representatives of Governance 500 and have signed on to a Code of Conduct.

Alumni who subscribe to the Governance 500 Code of Conduct:

• Pledge to adhere to and promote the values and ideals of Governance 500, particularly the values of integrity & excellence.
• Pledge to exemplify the lofty ideals and values that the organisation symbolises.
• Accept that should they be found in deficit of these values by way of fraudulent practices or acts that are deleterious thereto within or outside of the alumni network, they shall forthwith lose their membership of the Alumni and be delisted from all directories, the intranet and networking platforms.
• Further accept that the above information shall be communicated to other alumni and partners to forestall further damage to the network and its image.
